OneSync is developed and operated by W2S Software Co., Ltd., a software company registered in Thailand. Our platform helps businesses sync and analyze email data to improve operational workflow and documentation.

  • Your name and email address (via Google OAuth)
  • Email metadata (sender, subject, received date)
  • Email body content — only when the user selects to “follow” or process an email
  • Usage and log data (for diagnostics and performance)

We do not collect passwords or other sensitive authentication credentials.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for the following purposes:

  • To provide AI-based analysis and document creation
  • To improve our services and user experience
  • To maintain system security and performance

We use your email content only when explicitly triggered by you (e.g., when generating a document).

4. Third-Party Services

We may share limited email content with trusted AI service providers such as OpenAI for the sole purpose of analyzing email content. We never sell your data.

5. Your Privacy Rights

  • Request access to your data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Revoke access by disconnecting OneSync from your Google account at Google Account Permissions

6. Data Security

We use encryption and follow industry best practices to secure your data. All access to Gmail data is governed by Google OAuth 2.0 standards.

1. เราคือใคร

2. ข้อมูลที่เรารวบรวม

  • ชื่อและอีเมลของคุณ (ผ่านระบบ Google OAuth)
  • ข้อมูลเมตาของอีเมล (ผู้ส่ง หัวข้อ วันที่ได้รับ)
  • เนื้อหาในอีเมล — เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกด “ติดตาม” หรือเลือกดำเนินการกับอีเมล
  • ข้อมูลการใช้งานและล็อกระบบ (สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพ)

เราไม่เก็บรหัสผ่านหรือข้อมูลรับรองอื่นที่เป็นความลับ

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล
