By accessing or using the system, the user explicitly agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the system immediately.
3. LINE Account Integration
For convenience and secure identity verification, OneSync allows users to log in via LINE Login. The system will only access essential profile information such as LINE user ID and display name.
4. Usage Rights and Restrictions
- Users are allowed to use the system only for purposes authorized by their organization or institution.
- Use of the system for illegal activities or to cause harm to the system or others is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized access or attempts to access other users’ information is strictly prohibited.
5. Personal Data
User data provided to the system will be stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Modifications to the Terms
OneSync reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be clearly displayed on the website.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.

Terms of Use (ข้อตกลงการใช้บริการ)
1. ข้อมูลทั่วไป
OneSync (ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “ระบบ”) เป็นบริการที่ให้ผู้ใช้สามารถจัดการ ติดตาม และบริหารงานผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ โดยผู้ใช้งานจะต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงนี้เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานระบบได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
2. การยอมรับข้อตกลง
ผู้ใช้งานยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้โดยการเข้าใช้งานระบบ และการใช้บริการใด ๆ ถือเป็นการยอมรับโดยชัดแจ้งต่อข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดในข้อตกลงนี้ หากผู้ใช้งานไม่เห็นด้วยกับข้อตกลงนี้ โปรดหยุดใช้งานระบบทันที
3. การเชื่อมต่อบัญชี LINE
เพื่อความสะดวกและปลอดภัยในการยืนยันตัวตน ระบบ OneSync อนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบผ่าน LINE Login ได้ โดยระบบจะเข้าถึงเฉพาะข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ที่จำเป็น เช่น LINE user ID, display name
4. สิทธิและข้อจำกัดในการใช้งาน
- ผู้ใช้สามารถใช้งานระบบได้เฉพาะตามวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กรหรือหน่วยงานที่ได้รับสิทธิ
- ห้ามนำระบบไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อระบบหรือบุคคลอื่น
- ห้ามเข้าถึงหรือพยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ใช้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
5. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ข้อมูลที่ผู้ใช้ให้กับระบบจะถูกจัดเก็บและใช้งานตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy) ของเรา
6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง
ผู้ให้บริการ OneSync ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุงหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลงนี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า โดยเวอร์ชันล่าสุดจะถูกแสดงบนเว็บไซต์อย่างชัดเจน
7. ข้อกำหนดด้านกฎหมาย
ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย และในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาท ให้ดำเนินการพิจารณาโดยศาลในเขตอำนาจของกรุงเทพมหานคร
